*Must be 3 years old by September 1, 2025 for enrollment.

*If your child meets the age requirement for kindergarten, this preschool may not be the right fit due to the age range in our classes.

If your chosen class is full, would you like to be considered for another option? -- Please let us know if you’re open to a different class schedule, or if this is the only time that works for your family.

I understand that completing this form does not confirm enrollment. The Director of Little Rhythms Presbyterian Preschool will contact me via email to confirm enrollment and send full enrollment packet.

I understand that in order for my Enrollment Application to be complete I will need to pay a $50 registration fee through EasyTithe. Link will be emailed to me after submitting this form.

I understand that enrollement will be offered in the order these applications are recieved and registration fee payment is made.
